look what i have learnt! are you proud?? we should take a bet. i have more stories to tell you....oh so much more!!
code or no code. people need to take responsibility.
see recently i have been learning alot of lessons. some may say these lessons i should've learnt a LONG time ago. some say these lessons have taken a LONG time to not only get into my head but to actually take effect. maybe it's cos in less than 72 hours, there's gonna be a new changing of the guard. many of us will be taking that next step on in our lives. maybe that's why i'm seeing things more clearly. that or it's just cos i'm watching grey's anatomy and it teaches me everything.
so with the grey's reference let's go ahead with my post.
what i have learnt is that there are always silent codes involved in almost everything we do or are involved in. take for example, the lovely saturday night girl group i'm involved in. typical night would involved us pigging out at some restaurant place. well it's just turned out that there's a silent code between us that for example if one is slightly short of money for their share, the others will chip in and if the reverese happens, then well you chip in for them. it's a circle. when you take, you also must give.
now here's the lesson.
there are people who always take and just assume that its okay under the thought that it's what "friends/boyfriend/girlfriend/you name it, insert it in here" are supposed to do for them. then ultimately these peole will one day take too much.
here's the second lesson.
those people, should start taking responsibility for their actions. if you don't have money, don't order so much and be a pig. if you know you have an exam/test soon and you don't study, don't stress others out and complain that you don't know anything. if you don't turn up, don't expect others to be your personal secretary.
whatever it is, we all have responsibilities. some people should start living up to theirs. there are certain points and times in life where we do need contacts, and it may come down to who you do know. but the truth is, that will only take you so far. ultimately it comes down to you and you alone.
i know, i sound like i'm on my high horse. but the truth is, this is coming from experience. this is coming from 5 long years of experience. enough is enough.

you go girl! and may i just like to defend myself against anything posted in the last 10 posts. i haven´t been keeping up to date and this is the first comment i have made in 6 weeks.
